Shining a Spotlight on Sports 20 TO 23 June 2025

Students of AVV participated in the 27th National Deaf Senior Sports
Championship and the 10th National Deaf Junior & Sub Junior
Championship held at V.S.S.D. College, Kanpur from 20th to 23rd June
2025. Their achievements have inspired many others to pursue sports
alongside their studies.        

The medals earned:
1. Kirti Verma – Silver Medal
2. Himani – Bronze Medal
3. Hitesh Chandana – Bronze Medal
4. Pushpendra Meena – Bronze Medal

‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ 29TH June 2025

As we gear up for our new session, it is also important to rejuvenate our teachers’ minds to boost their creativity. Our staff witnessed the movie Sitaare Zameen Par at Inox in Urban Square Mall. The movie was based on special children who were facing different types of Autism. The film was thoroughly entertaining as well as brainstorming.

Welcoming New Beginnings : Admissions Open

Admissions are now open for the new session! Every child will undergo proper psychological testing and receive individual counseling to ensure the right placement and support for their unique needs

Celebrating International YOGA Day 21 June 2025

The International Day of Yoga (IDY) continues to gain worldwide recognition and
participation. In alignment with this global movement, Abhilasha Vishesh
Vidyalaya also organized a special yoga session to mark the occasion.
Our AVV team actively took part in the event, demonstrating their growing
awareness of holistic health and the vital role yoga plays in achieving it.

Capacity Building Workshops

SEDA has joined hands with Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (AYJNISHD), Mumbai for conducting capacity- building workshops for our teaching staff to strengthen their competencies in special education. There will be series of online and offline sessions starting from June 30th , will run through August 2025. The sessions will cover crucial topics such as ISL (Indian Sign Language), UDL (Universal Design for Learning), Assistive Technologies, AAC, Classroom Management and Inclusive Teaching Tools.
